4. A detailed account of every administration

undertaken by the Official Administrator is sent to those

interested in the estate.

5. A commission at the rate of 5% on the first $1,000,

21% on the next $4,000 and 1% on the balance, or such lower

rate as the Court may on the application of the Official

Administrator approve, is chargeable on the gross value of

all property received or taken possession of or otherwise

dealt with by the official Administrator. Probate and

Estate duties are payable in accordance with statutory scales

and are shewn in the detailed account.
